The Vision Behind Camellia Commons
Camellia Commons was conceived as a long-term vision for Enterprise's future.
The goal is simple: create a destination that brings together residential living, business opportunities, entertainment, dining, hospitality, and community gathering spaces within one thoughtfully planned development.
While the vision continues to evolve, the opportunity remains the same: to create a place that contributes to Enterprise's growth while providing value for residents, visitors, businesses, and investors.
Meet the Camellia Team
Behind Camellia Commons is a team of experienced professionals dedicated to thoughtful planning, strategic development, and long-term community growth. Together, they share a vision of creating a destination that enhances Enterprise's future while providing meaningful opportunities for residents and businesses.

Founder & Principal Developer
Rolf Sass
Rolf is the Member and Managing Partner of New Enterprise, LLC, the developer behind Camellia Commons. Raised in Germany, Switzerland, and the United States, he earned his MBA from the University of Zurich before joining his family's shopping center development business. Throughout his career, he has led numerous commercial and residential developments, including serving as a consultant to the City Senate of Berlin on one of East Berlin's largest shopping center projects following reunification.
Since relocating to the United States in 1992, Rolf has developed high-end single-family and multifamily communities throughout North Carolina. Today, he is focused on bringing the vision of Camellia Commons to life as a destination where people can live, work, shop, dine, and gather.
Rolf is passionate about creating communities that leave a lasting impact and enjoys collaborating with business owners, builders, and community partners to help shape the future of Enterprise.

Project Coordinator
Benedict Sass
With a lifetime in the Real Estate industry, Benedict works closely with the developer, the marketing team, brokers, builders, city officials, and all those involved in the future of Camellia Commons. After graduating with a Business Administration degree from College of Charleston in 2009 Benedict added to his “tool belt” a General Contractors license, Real Estate licenses in multiple states, and he continues to further his knowledge of Real Estate whenever possible.
Benedict is fully invested in making Camellia Commons the best lifestyle community in Enterprise and it's surrounding areas. From planning and development to construction and collaboration, Benedict plays an integral role in bringing the Camellia Commons vision to life.
When not working, Benedict is probably spending time with his wife and three young kids on the coast of North Carolina. The family spends their time traveling, out on the boat, surfing, fishing, at church, or just spending quality time together.

Commercial Broker
Garrett Laurie
Garrett Laurie brings extensive commercial real estate experience and a passion for helping businesses find the right opportunities. Specializing in retail tenant representation, site selection, and commercial leasing, he works closely with developers, business owners, and stakeholders to support the long-term vision of Camellia Commons.

His industry expertise and strong network help connect businesses with opportunities that contribute to the future growth of the development.
Garrett is fully invested in helping bring the vision of Camellia Commons to life and welcomes conversations with business owners, investors, and community members alike. When he's not working, he enjoys golf, travel, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Laura, and their dog, Curtis.

Brand & Marketing Director
Brooke Ivancevic
Brooke Ivancevic brings a background in real estate marketing, branding, and digital communications to the Camellia Commons team. Throughout her career, she has worked with residential communities, land developments, and growing businesses, helping bring projects to life through strategic marketing, content creation, photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
After graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in Marketing Strategy and Digital Arts, Brooke founded Back Pocket Marketing, a creative marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses and developments build strong brands. She works closely with the Camellia Commons team to communicate the long-term vision of the development and showcase the opportunities it will bring to Enterprise and the surrounding Wiregrass region.
